Robert J. Wicks is a Professor Emeritus at Loyola University Maryland. His previously published works from Oxford include Perspective: The Calm with the Storm and Bounce: Living the Resillent Life. Dr. Wicks has served on the faculty of Bryn Mawr College’s Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research, and recieved the Humanitarian of the Year Award from the American Counseling Association’s Division on Spirituality, Ethics and Values. He is the recipient of the First Annual Graduate Award for Excellence in Professional Psychology from Widener University.
